- 1 x Idahoan Cheddar Cheese Perfect Mash pouch
- 6 crumpets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tsp English mustard powder
- 250g tomatoes on the vine
- 6 rashers streaky bacon
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- Turn on the oven grill to high. Make the Idahoan Perfect Mash according to packet instructions and allow to cool.
- Add in your beaten egg, cheese and mustard powder. Mix until incorporated.
- Spread out the bacon and tomatoes on a baking tray and slide into the oven to grill. Remove when cooked through.
- Toast your crumpets and top with a generous spoonful of the mash mixture, topped with more cheese and grill until bubbling and brown.
- Plate up the crumpets, top with the bacon and serve with the tomatoes and a generous amount of Worcestershire sauce.
